I know, it’s been a long time.

Eph. 4:32 “Instead, be kind to each other, tender hearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”

Please be kind and tender hearted even though I signed up on the SOWER blog and didn’t keep blogging. I’m sure some wondered why did she sign up if she wasn’t going to keep posting. Well, I’m a terrible procrastinator.

“But God….He is a forgiving God.”

Jim and I have thoroughly enjoyed being a SOWER (Servants On Wheels Ever Ready) since 2019. We have enjoyed being in the background in ministries after being on the frontline of the battlefield in ministry for almost 30 years.

We have also enjoyed lots of visits with our family since our kids and grandkids are all over.

God has totally shown us in the last four years that he is still going to take care of us as we continue to trust him with our finances.

We are still selling crafts to help us on this journey, but took this year off so we were able to do more projects this year.

Jim decided a year ago to get out of the farming. So that has been another big change in our life, but God. He continues to help us through the changes.

I will admit the hardest thing for me the last four years has been driving down to the barns past the home we built and lived in for so many years. Working on the crafts down in the barn instead of my home that I called home all those years.

I knew that home was not my home all those years, and I knew at anytime God may move us out of there. I have a new home now, my beautiful fifth wheel that I have learned to make homey. But guess what this is still not my forever home and I’m so thankful that God is preparing that place for me someday.

“For this world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come.” Hebrews 13:14

So now I just have to keep persevering in this thing called life and move where HE moves us to continue to serve Him.

While going where He sends us we will continue to enjoy all the precious friends that he continues to bless us with through the SOWER ministry. God is so good to bless us with new friends as we travel and miss our best friends and family.

Until the next update…be safe, be blessed and pray it’s not another 4 years that I update on here.

Still serving Him.

Jim and Cathy Fry enjoy taking junk products and putting their own twist on them to come up with unique pieces. They have always spelled work “f-u-n” so you could say they are having fun coming up with “A Little This and That” for you to take home. They started this business in 2018 to help fund them in transition from a boys ranch ministry to an RV ministry. They are now living in an RV full time as of June 2019. They joined Sowers ministry and will be doing projects at different locations and also spending some good quality time with their kids and grandkids.
